  • 会员8636：酒店地理位置非常不错，斜对面就是西湖天地，过地道便是西湖。相比于这个价位，性价比很高。早餐种类很丰富。酒店7楼的空中花园风景很美，也很安静，正对西湖。大堂吧服务生感觉是国外的，服务方面很不错。有点美中不足的是，酒店部分的房间有重新装修过，没装修过的比较老旧。
  • 会员8674：论位置很不错，服务也很好，订的是豪华房升级豪华市景房，因为路边只是有些吵，但就房间而言有点一般了，一千多一天，细节很不到位，房间只有洗手间有抽纸，笔只有铅笔，房间床头只有一面有插座，现在很多酒店的房间饮料都是免费的，这边收费，早餐呢品种比较少，想吃完拿个水果，我问了下，服务员说只能就餐吃，不许外带。 现在说服务，很好，从前台到客房到餐厅服务都很好。会有水果送房间，服务问你入住情况，早餐问你需要什么，所以总体还是不错的，但就价格来说跟房间环境比有点高了哦
